Purpose of the role:

As a Digital Marketing Consultant, you will work closely with German companies and Digital Marketing & Online Advertising Agency Partners to offer tailored Google Ads solutions. You'll collaborate with a wide variety of clients to drive their digital advertising campaigns to success. This is a target-driven role where you'll work towards individual sales goals while contributing to the growth of the client base across EMEA.

What you'll do:

1. Strategize & Consult: Provide expert advice to businesses and agencies, helping them achieve the best ROI on their advertising spend using Google products.
2. Upsell & Optimize: Suggest performance-enhancing solutions and promote other Google products to clients.
3. Engage & Communicate: Proactively connect with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to deliver a top-tier customer experience.
4. Drive Results: Achieve assigned quotas while ensuring an outstanding customer journey.

What we're looking for:

1. BA / BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
2. Native-level German and fluent in English (both written and spoken).
3. 1 year of experience in digital marketing, preferably with experience in building and optimizing PPC campaigns.
4. 1 year in Sales.
5. Knowledge of Google Ads, AdSense, or YouTube is a plus.
6. A team player with strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
7. Passion for Marketing Technology and Online Advertising with a desire to continuously learn and grow.
