Main Responsibilities

1. Deliver high-quality customer service to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
2. Address customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues effectively
3. Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all customer interactions
4. Accurately document all customer interactions to enhance service delivery
5. Collaborate with colleagues to meet performance targets and improve service quality
6. Engage in regular training to develop your skills and product knowledge

1. Fluency in German is essential (both oral and written)
2. Strong enthusiasm for customer service and a friendly demeanor
3. Prior experience in customer service is advantageous but not necessary
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges
6. Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new culture
