Your Key Responsibilities

1. Provide outstanding customer service to German-speaking clients across various channels
2. Effectively address customer inquiries and solve issues in a timely manner
3. Maintain a courteous and professional attitude in all customer interactions
4. Accurately document customer interactions to facilitate improved service
5. Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence and performance goals
6. Participate in training sessions to continuously develop your skills and knowledge

1. Fluency in German (spoken and written) is a must
2. Strong passion for customer service with a friendly and approachable demeanor
3. Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong problem-solving abilities and proactive mindset
6. Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new culture
