What you will be doing :

1. Handling incoming phone calls, messages and emails from the website users
2. Managing reservations, special requests and complaints and finding solutions to website users' inquiries
3. Research travel options tailored to each customer's preferences
4. Modify reservations based on client needs
5. Process payments and travel cancellations

Job Requirements :

1. Excellent writing & verbal communication skills in German
2. Good communication skills in English
3. Attention to detail
4. Good Technical troubleshooting & problem-solving skills
5. Ability to handle unexpected changes
6. Experience in e-commerce will be appreciated
