What you will do:

1. Communicating through chat & phone with subscribers
2. Answering how-to questions about payment
3. Troubleshooting streaming and content issues
4. Assisting subscribers with how-to questions & navigating on Netflix

Requirements:

1. Excellent communication skills in German
2. Minimum 6 months of relevant customer care experience
3. General understanding of online marketing products/services being supported
4. EU Passport
5. Relocation to Greece
6. Athens based position (work from home policy)
7. International career in a multicultural environment
8. Training and familiarization phase

Compensation:

1. Excellent salary
2. 14 salaries per year
3. Monthly performance bonus (up to 145€ gross)
