As a Corporate Officer, you will manage your own portfolio of SOPARFI, non-regulated funds, and securitization vehicles, taking full ownership of day-to-day corporate matters:
- Drafting and reviewing legal documents: incorporations, board and shareholder resolutions, liquidations, and annual filings
- Handling KYC/AML procedures and corporate housekeeping
- Acting as a key point of contact for your clients, auditors, law firms, and notaries - in both German and English
- Supporting audit preparation and ensuring full legal and regulatory compliance
You'll play a central role in maintaining the firm's strong reputation and quality standards, while developing your expertise in Luxembourg corporate law.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years' experience in a fiduciary, law firm, management company, or corporate services provider in Luxembourg
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) - essential for client interaction
- Degree in Law, Economics, or Finance (Bachelor's or higher)
- Reliable, structured, proactive, and client-oriented
- Experience with securitization vehicles is a strong asset
What We Offer:
- €55,000 - €75,000 / year + discretionary bonus (~1 month's salary)
- Flexibility: Start between 8:00-9:30, with the option of a longer lunch break and end of day between 17:00-18:30
