Freelancer Controlling (m/f/d)

Our Controlling Team monitors all key figures and supports management with reports, analyses, and forecasts to enable strategic decision-making, particularly in financing and planning. Additionally, the team identifies optimization potential, derives goals, and ensures transparent financial reporting.

As a Freelancer Controlling (m/f/d), you drive the continuous development of the department, optimize processes, and actively contribute your ideas. You are responsible for analyzing company data and deriving well-founded recommendations for action.

Responsibilities

• Expanding and optimizing operational reporting
• Acting as a business partner for our B2B divisions
• Coordinating and consolidating corporate planning
• Responsibility for cost center management, including reporting and planning
• Further developing and automating internal controlling processes
• Contributing to monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Preparing monthly segment figures, reports, and analyses for internal management purposes

Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business administration with a focus on controlling or finance
• Several years of professional experience in controlling, ideally in an e-commerce or fashion environment
• Excellent MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication skills as well as analytical and entrepreneurial thinking
• Passion for working with numbers and KPIs
• High level of motivation, structured, and detail-oriented working style
• SQL knowledge is a plus
• Experience in automation and process optimization is an advantage
