Freelance Visual Merchandising Manager

In-store Visual Merchandiser - In-store set ups / Window displays / Mannequin styling. Part-time / Freelance basis

As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing, training and developing the In-store VM Team to execute the visual merchandising strategy across multiple stores. You will ensure that the visual displays effectively communicate the brand story, drive sales and display the highest standards of visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire the Visual Merchandising team to consistently implement brand guidelines across all stores, ensuring the highest standards of execution.
• Manage and motivate a remote team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.
• Provide visual merchandising training and develop comprehensive guidelines for remote teams to follow.
• Identify and nurture talent within the team, supporting their professional growth and development.
• Ensure brand consistency across all locations, aligning visual displays with seasonal campaigns and product launches.
• Flexible to travel and conduct site visits and team training as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Ability to drive and motivate a team remotely.
• Proven experience in in-store visual merchandising with a strong portfolio showcasing previous work in retail.
• Expertise in design principles, colour theory, and the latest trends within fashion and retail.
• Experience leading and executing visual merchandising strategies across multiple markets.
• Excellent creative problem-solving skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities, both remotely and in person.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a remote work environment.
• Fluency in both German and English.
