Freelance Sales Representative Commission-Based

We are Uvvo, a dynamic startup specializing in connecting qualified Ukrainian refugees with companies seeking skilled professionals. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Freelance Sales Representative to join our team on a commission-only basis. This role offers the flexibility of freelance work with earnings directly tied to your performance.

Tasks

1. Identify and engage potential clients to promote our services.
2. Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients.
3. Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

1. Proven experience in sales, preferably in a freelance or commission-based role.
2. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
3. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
4. Access to necessary tools and resources to perform sales activities remotely.

Compensation :

1. Per Signed Contract: $246 per client contract signed.
2. Ongoing Commission: 10% of all payments made by each client you bring to the company.
