Key Responsibilities :

• Source and engage with top-tier English-speaking candidates through various channels.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the right fit for client roles.
• Build and manage a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment strategies.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

Requirements :

• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably in a freelance capacity.
• Strong ability to source candidates and manage the end-to-end recruitment process.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving.
