Freelance AI Chat Platform Setup Specialist mfd 100 remote

We are seeking a freelance specialist to implement and customize a chat platform across 34 brands. The focus will be configuring the chat widget, setting up messaging flows, and integrating basic AI-driven chat solutions. This is anticipated to be a one-off project requiring approximately 58 hours, with potential for ad-hoc maintenance work later.

Tasks

Responsibilities :

• Configure chat widgets and basic automated messaging flows for multiple brands.
• Provide guidance on establishing consistent tone, style, and messaging for each brand as our existing brand guidelines are still developing.
• Implement and configure AI chat capabilities to enhance user engagement and support efficiency.
• Integrate the chat platform with Jira and HubSpot for seamless data flow.
• Deliver a comprehensive handover document outlining configurations and best practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience with chat platform implementation and customization across multiple brands or projects.
• Familiarity with AI-driven chat solutions and setting up rules-based automations.
• Technical expertise to integrate the chat platform with Jira, HubSpot, and potentially other platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate remotely with our team.
• Availability to begin work from mid-January.
