INHUBBER, a leading SaaS platform for contract management and e-signature solutions, is seeking a Fractional Chief Sales Officer (CSO) with a passion for growth hacking to drive sales and expand our customer base. This role is perfect for a strategic and innovative sales leader with a track record in SaaS sales growth who is looking for a fractional commitment. The ideal candidate will work closely with our leadership team to implement sales strategies that accelerate our revenue growth and support our mission of simplifying contract management.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies that focus on rapid customer acquisition and retention, specifically for the German and European markets.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and targeting new customer segments, building relationships, and executing high-impact sales campaigns.
Lead and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.
Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align sales efforts with overall company goals and enhance the customer journey.
Utilize growth hacking techniques to optimize lead generation, conversion rates, and sales processes.
Analyze and report on sales metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Stay informed on market trends and competitors to continually refine our sales approach and maintain a competitive edge.
Skills Required:
Proven experience in a Chief Sales Officer, Head of Sales, or similar senior sales role, preferably within a SaaS or technology-focused company.
Track record of growth hacking and implementing data-driven sales strategies that significantly increase revenue.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and drive a sales team towards ambitious targets.
Deep understanding of the B2B sales process, especially within the SaaS space.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a persuasive, consultative approach to sales.
Analytical mindset, comfortable with sales data analysis, CRM tools, and sales automation software.
