About This Role

Based in Berlin, the FP&A Manager will be reporting to the Country Finance Director and focusing on planning, forecasting, and monthly performance analysis. In this key role, the FP&A Manager develops, provides, and implements financial analysis on key metrics and KPIs, providing valuable data-driven insights to support decision-making. FP&A Managers also oversee business forecasting, create financial budgets, and conduct performance-based analyses.

With a keen eye for detail, you will deliver accurate and reliable insights. You will take ownership of mid-size to large projects, working in a dynamic and dedicated team. Additionally, you should be an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships and delivering practical solutions.
