Role Overview
As a Founders Associate at Enzo, you’ll work directly with the founding team, gaining hands-on experience across multiple business areas. Whether you’re a full-time hire or an intern, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, scaling our operations, and helping us expand our innovative water monitoring solution to new markets. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth environment, where you’ll gain insight into startup operations and develop your entrepreneurial skillset.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives: Support the founders in high-priority projects, including market research, partnership development, and business scaling.
Operations: Assist in streamlining operational processes to ensure efficient scaling of the company, from product development to customer onboarding.
Business Development: Help explore and foster new opportunities for growth, including B2B collaborations, market entry strategies, and go-to-market planning.
Investor Relations & Fundraising: Assist in preparing presentations, gathering data, and analyzing key metrics to support ongoing investor communications and fundraising efforts.
Product Development: Work closely with the tech team to align product roadmaps with business objectives, providing insights from a commercial perspective.
Customer & Partner Engagement: Engage with current and potential customers or partners, helping establish and maintain key relationships.
Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and identify market trends to shape Enzo’s positioning and strategy.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, management, economics, engineering, or a related field.
Previous experience (internships or full-time) in a fast-paced, dynamic environment (startup, consulting, investment banking, etc.) is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
Passion for technology, sustainability, or the real estate/insurance sectors.
Fluency in English and German
