Tasks

• Conducting ongoing financial accounting for Bundled Solutions’ customers
• Examining, processing and posting of financial records and business transactions
• Master data maintenance via the ERP system
• Preparation of monthly and annual financial statements according to HGB / IFRS
• Processing of payment transactions and receivables management
• Preparing weekly cash flow statements
• Creating and managing provisions
• Posting of wage and salary data
• Posting of invoices and fixed assets
• Internal reporting, tax reports
• Keeping up-to-date with financial policies, practices, and regulations
• Conducting internal audits
• Ensuring compliance with Group requirements (MAUI) and all regulatory standards (accounting standards)
• Examining financial records to check for accuracy
• Taking part in projects and migrations when required

• Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements

• University diploma: Finance & Accounting/Economics or equivalent education (courses) with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a senior/specialist position with strong end-to-end process understanding (R2R, GL, Tax, P2P, O2C)
• Strong accounting and financial reporting background, basic knowledge of taxation
• Practical knowledge of accounting/general ledger/financial reporting
• SAP FI experience required or other ERP accounting software (according to the business need/new migrations)
• Excellent working knowledge of Excel
• Very good command of German & English
• Strong cooperation skills
• Customer orientation
• Highly independent and systematic approach to work, able to work without daily supervision, self-driven
• Ability to work under time constraints, constantly changing
• Analytical and conceptual mindset
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (self-confidence and convincing skills)
