Tasks
- Analyzing and providing accounting data (Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, and General Ledger) including VAT check for airline branch registered in Poland
- Preparing Trial Balance and supporting files to Financial Statements of airline branches registered worldwide
- Participating in local obligatory audit
- Statistical reports to Authorities
- Quarterly reports to National Banks
- Supporting airline branches with data to yearly CbCr
- Cooperating closely with financial departments and external providers/advisors in areas mentioned above
- Participating in short-term business trips if required (few times a year)
- Conducting Financial Statement basic trainings
- Perform all other duties assigned or delegated by supervisors

Requirements
- To join us, you need a university diploma in Finance & Accounting
- Practical knowledge of accounting (minimum 3 years) is required
- We highly appreciate a minimum of 2 years’ experience in the Financial Statements area (preparation or audit)
- You feel confident in speaking English. Your communication, both oral and written, is conducted in a professional manner
- MS Office practical knowledge is obligatory
- Knowledge of SAP basic transactions would be an asset
- Flexibility and adaptability are well known to you
- You feel good when cooperating in a team, but when needed, you can also conduct your individual tasks independently
- You understand that it is crucial to work systematically and respond to clients and suppliers quickly and efficiently
- Thanks to your highly developed analytical and conceptual mindset, you can easily work with high volume data
