What You Will Be Doing

With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to:

1. Support Business Aviation Leadership to drive strong financial performance and provide insights to broader teams.
2. Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Business Aviation Programmes, coaching leadership to enhance financial understanding and promote cost-efficiency.
3. Deliver monthly financial results, explaining variances to budget, forecasts, and prior-year performance.
4. Prepare key financial forecasts and reports, ensuring alignment with business expectations, and support external audits with evidence and explanations.

To be successful in this role you will need to:

1. Hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Bring substantial finance experience and proficiency in SAP, MS Office; Hyperion Financial Management experience is a plus.
3. Identify and execute business and commercial opportunities effectively.
4. Demonstrate strong change management and influencing abilities.
5. Communicate fluently in both German and English.
