What you will be doing

• Support Business Aviation Leadership to drive strong financial performance and provide insights to broader teams.
• Lead Financial Planning & Analysis for Business Aviation Programmes, coaching leadership to enhance financial understanding and promote cost-efficiency.
• Deliver monthly financial results, explaining variances to budget, forecasts, and prior-year performance.
• Prepare key financial forecasts and reports, ensuring alignment with business expectations, and support external audits with evidence and explanations.

Who we’re looking for:

• Hold a degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Bring substantial finance experience and proficiency in SAP, MS Office; Hyperion Financial Management experience is a plus.
• Identify and execute business and commercial opportunities effectively.
• Demonstrate strong change management and influencing abilities.
• Communicate fluently in both German and English.
