Job Description

CS Group Germany GmbH is looking for a Finance Manager reporting directly to the CFO of the Space Business Unit and working closely with the local Director of Operations. You will strengthen and develop the Finance team in Germany, providing a strong core to our next stage of development.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Management of controlling and financial accounting;
2. Responsible for the monthly reporting and the annual financial audited accounts;
3. Rolling forecasting on a monthly basis;
4. Close cooperation with Managers and other stakeholders;
5. Further development of reporting and control processes;
6. Management of the Financial Accounting teams.

Qualifications

You will have the following qualifications and relevant experience:

1. Business administration / controlling or accounting degree;
2. At least 7 years' related experience preferably in a large, multinational environment and bring experience in working with corporate reporting tools;
3. Strong communication, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills;
4. Team player and have a proactive mentality;
5. Being the sparring partner with the Operations Director;
6. Fluency in German and English; written, oral, and presentation skills;
7. Interpersonal and leadership skills, which allow you to interact and develop strong professional relationships.
