What the job looks like:
- Coordinate financial integration for asset and share deal acquisitions, collaborating with Finance Directors, Tax, Treasury, Accounting, and Controlling teams.
- Act as the primary finance contact for acquisitions, addressing inquiries from internal teams and managing finance tools and systems integration.
- Provide a comprehensive financial overview on acquisitions, including integration costs, EBITDA adjustments, synergies, and PPA topics, ensuring performance tracking and reporting.
- Represent GRT’s finance processes to acquired companies, overseeing forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
- Participate in M&A due diligence to ensure seamless integration, cost alignment, and accurate timelines in business cases.
- Oversee integration costs within GRT, coordinating with Corporate Hub Controlling and affiliates on cost-related matters.
What you will bring to the table:
- University degree in economics, business administration, or finance, with a focus on controlling and international management.
- Extensive experience in controlling, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Track record with finance functions beyond controlling, including accounting, treasury, insurance, and tax.
- In-depth knowledge of controlling processes and tools, with a strategic yet pragmatic approach.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and networking abilities, with business-fluent English.
- Agility, solution-oriented and committed to data accuracy in a dynamic environment.
