Finance / FP&A Manager (m/f/x)

Your tasks

We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our team and help build the financial backbone of our company. This role reports directly to the Head of Finance and will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, ensuring financial health, and supporting strategic decision-making as we scale.

Your Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and continuously improve the company’s financial model, ensuring it remains a reliable tool for strategic decision-making.
2. Oversee and manage the investor data room, ensuring it is always up-to-date and audit-ready by collaborating with cross-functional teams to verify the accuracy and timeliness of financial and operational documentation.
3. Support in assessing and implementing financial tools and processes to enhance operational efficiency and support the company’s scaling needs.
4. Facilitate and strengthen banking and lender relationships, assist in negotiations and manage financial arrangements to optimize liquidity and financing options.
5. Contribute to fundraising activities, including preparing financial materials and actively participating in due diligence processes.

Your profile

Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment and has a mix of strategic and operational expertise? This is what you bring to the table:

1. 3+ years in finance roles, ideally in FP&A, corporate finance or Big 4 (Valuation, FDD, Business Modelling).
2. Startup or high-growth company experience is a plus but not necessary.
3. Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power-Point.
4. Experience with building a financial model is a must - Familiarity with accounting / FP&A Software is a plus.
5. A proactive approach to identifying inefficiencies and building scalable solutions.
6. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and actionable way.
7. Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across teams and levels of the organization.
8. Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.
