Summary

We are looking for a “Finance Business Partner (f/m/d)” for the “F&C Optronics” division at the Wetzlar site as soon as possible. The “F&C Optronics” division is responsible for all commercial tasks at the site, including the performance of management and control tasks to achieve the business objectives.

Your Tasks

1. Supporting the Head of Sights in the development and revision of strategic planning, business unit plans and PMPs (economic part)
2. Technical responsibility for the Finance team in Wetzlar
3. Responsibility for commercial contract negotiations in cooperation with Legal and the Sights department
4. Responsibility for commercial proposal preparation and ensuring a consistent commercial presentation and approach to the customer
5. Responsibility for commercial project management, including monitoring and reporting on the contractual impact
6. Ensuring accounting compliance for the Sights division. Participation in the preparation of annual financial statements and other accounting work
7. Preparation and participation in internal and external audits and reviews
8. Preparation of business plans, controlling of R&D projects, impairment testing of BCs, “IAS38 Management”

Your Profile

1. Completed studies in business administration or comparable
2. Extensive professional experience in finance and / or controlling
3. Experience in project and tender management
4. Knowledge of public price law advantageous
5. Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), as well as good knowledge of SAP
6. Very good communication skills, assertiveness and a strong ability to work in a team
7. Analytical, structured, independent and proactive way of working
8. Business fluent in German and English
