Summary

For the department “F&C Naval, SecSol, Space and Commercial Solution,” we are looking for a “Finance Business Partner in the area of F&C Naval, SecSol, Space and Commercial Solution (f/m/d)” at the Oberkochen site as soon as possible. The department is responsible for the overall commercial project management and acquisition support for naval systems, high-performance optics, and airborne sensors. This includes quotation support, including costing through to order acquisition, as well as subsequent commercial order processing through to project completion.

Your Tasks

• Commercial management of projects, contact person for project managers, product and bid managers with regard to commercial and contractual issues.
• Responsibility for commercial project management including monitoring and reporting of contractual effects (contractual penalty, warranty, liability, claims).
• Responsibility for preparing bid calculations and the commercial bid section.
• Ensuring the accounting compliance of the project with regard to HGB, IAS, IFRS15 as well as price verification and auditing issues.
• Responsibility for project controlling and co-calculation of the supervised projects, including CtC / EAC analyses, target / actual comparisons and early anticipation of deviations / problems.
• Development project controlling including HK: target tracking.
• Participation in the development of proposals for the introduction of corrective measures.
• Participation in the awarding of contracts to internal and external bodies and support in the processing of export licenses.
• Support with periodic planning processes (operational planning, budgeting, statistics for the business unit).

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration or comparable.
• Several years of experience in finance and/or sales.
• Experience in project management advantageous.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel) and good knowledge of SAP (SD/PS module).
• Knowledge of public price law advantageous.
• Analytical, independent and proactive way of working.
• Very good communication skills, assertiveness, and the ability to work in a team.
• Business fluent German and English skills.
