The Field Service Scheduler is the owner of the Service Scheduling process for customer services orders related to Lifecycle Services for DeltaV and RS/MHM. The position will act as the main point of contact between the customer, the Service teams, and the Sales teams related to allocations of Service Engineers to Service orders, LTSA, and maintenance contracts. Interfacing between the German Service office and the order entry teams located in Cluj hub or FSO.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Own customer/supplier relationship as principal point of contact for planning Service activities.
  • Provide support for customer disputes or Trade Compliance issues.
  • Ensure regulations, compliance, record retention & ethics policy.
  • Keep customers informed about the services order status and seek solutions for potential issues related to Service scheduling process.
  • Manage/overlook the hours budgets, prepare service orders deviations & reports to our Service Outside Sales team.
  • Service Records/Request: Micro Projects MICP, SMAP Small Projects, CNT Contracts in OSC tool (Oracle Service Cloud).
  • Schedule and create Job Tasks in the Oracle Service Cloud tool (OSC).
  • Assign & schedule on-site services; plan services in the Oracle Field Service Cloud tool (OFSC).
  • Monitor and control billing progress for LTSAs, Service bank hour budgets, preventive maintenance services, and ad-hoc Services. Cooperate with the invoicing team to assure correct and on-time invoicing of provided service hours and expenses.
  • Generate Service status reports & other business information; including validation with engineers/service and/or supplier technicians executed.
  • Manage the Bank of Hours in coordination with Services team leaders, such as:
    • Create Bank of Hours sheet.
    • Collect, account for, and organize engineering reports.
    • Verify real service hours in the system (clarity).
    • Send certifications to the client for invoicing control.
    • Obtain approvals and certifications from customers.
  • Support the Service team leader regarding monitoring and controlling of the Clarity timesheet process of the Service teams related to time submittal and correctness.

For This Role, You Will Need:

  • Technical or Business (Commercial) Education.
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in order or service administration.
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and IT in general.
  • Detailed knowledge in customer order execution.
  • Product and divisional know-how beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Business Systems Oracle and Clarity.
  • Good analytical & interpersonal skills required to interact with customers, team members, and sub-contractors.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:

Know-how and experience in Life Science, MS-Office Applications.
