My client is looking for a Field Service Engineer to join there team in Austria, who can support their customers with current and future installed tools.
Responsibilities :
Responsible for customer service activities associated with updating, troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing of highly complex capital equipment at customer sites.
Represents the company to the customer and assumes accountability for customer satisfaction with service.
Assures operational quality of system equipment.
Coordinates actions with customers to minimize down time.
May provide assistance to Installation Engineers in resolving problems.
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Requirements :
Ability to understand and solve problems in software, electronics, optics, mechanical, electro-mechanical and / or electro-optical systems to address on site customer problems.
Experience working on electronic systems within semiconductor equipment : Etch, Lithography, Deposition, Photolithography etc.
Outstanding interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven track record of engaging empathetically with customers, ensuring a positive experience, while fostering a collaborative environment to address their needs and concerns.
Driven to be hands-on and passionate about learning new things
Proactive communication that facilitates seamless collaboration and address customer requirements effectively.
Fluent in English and German language is essential.
