A forward-thinking digital health company is seeking an experienced Field Sales Representative to join its dynamic sales team. This role involves building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs), promoting digital health solutions, and driving B2B sales growth in healthcare.
Role Overview:
The Field Sales Representative will take responsibility for the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, with a primary focus on healthcare professionals, including physicians. With a collaborative team approach, this role requires effective coordination with Inside Sales to meet sales targets and strengthen market presence. Candidates should be experienced in field or inside sales, ideally with exposure to healthcare, digital health, or B2B sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Physician Outreach: Engage with physicians and healthcare providers, particularly in the fields of obesity and oncology, to promote digital health products.
- Sales Process Management: Independently manage the full sales cycle, including needs analysis, product presentations (in-person and virtual), negotiations, and follow-ups.
- Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with Inside Sales to align on strategies and processes, ensuring cohesive teamwork across departments.
- Documentation: Maintain organized records and insights in Pipedrive (or similar CRM tools), tracking activities and supporting data-driven decisions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Essential experience in field or inside sales, preferably in healthcare, pharma, or digital products; B2B experience is highly desirable.
- Education: Degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare) with specialized knowledge in obesity or breast cancer/oncology as a plus.
- Communication & Negotiation: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to confidently negotiate and guide clients toward informed decisions.
- Presentation Skills: Ability to conduct compelling product presentations, both virtually and in person, clearly presenting complex topics.
- Process-Oriented: Skilled in process development, with a strong understanding of sales KPIs and a structured, results-driven approach.
