Our farm team is looking to add support to our kitchen.
The Michelberger Farm is located in the Spreewald and produces in its own 2019 planted forest garden for the Michelberger Restaurant and the ORA Restaurant in Berlin. Since this year we offer the possibility of overnight stay with catering directly from the forest garden. Guests passing through or on a day trip in the Spreewald are welcome to visit us for breakfast or dinner. We serve freshly harvested ingredients, especially perennial vegetables and various fruits, herbs, meat and dairy products from surrounding and friendly farms, such as Gut Ogrosen or Landgut Preschen. We have dinner 4 nights a week Thursday to Sunday and breakfast Friday to Monday. We cook a farm to table concept and use as much of the produce from our field as possible from drinks, dishes, herbal teas and cakes for afternoon coffee.
You are interested in the farm-to-table concept and would like to work in nature.
You have completed your training as a chef or have worked in a restaurant kitchen for 1-2 years.
You are willing to travel to Vetschau from Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday and stay overnight in the staff accommodation.
The seasonal employment contract covers 30 hours / week. A later transfer to the kitchen team is possible.
