Office Supplies Management: Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure all necessary materials are available for the ADAS team.
Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking to ensure accurate financial management.
Purchasing Process Support: Manage PR (Purchase Requests) and PO (Purchase Orders) for ADAS-related procurement needs.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the office operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to other staff members when needed, including scheduling, document management, and coordination of office activities.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the office, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient working environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in facility management, office administration, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Familiarity with procurement processes, budgeting, and financial tracking.
Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Vietnamese, English, and German skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
