Responsibilities:

  • Office Supplies Management: Order, track, and maintain inventory of office supplies to ensure all necessary materials are available for the ADAS team.
  • Financial Administration: Assist with invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Purchasing Process Support: Manage PR (Purchase Requests) and PO (Purchase Orders) for ADAS-related procurement needs.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the office operates in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to other staff members when needed, including scheduling, document management, and coordination of office activities.
  • Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day functionality of the office, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient working environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in facility management, office administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with procurement processes, budgeting, and financial tracking.
  • Knowledge of workplace safety and compliance regulations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Vietnamese, English, and German skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
