F&B Manager (gn) Luxury Hotel Bavaria

What do you do as an F&B Manager (gn) Luxury Hotel Bavaria?

Responsibilities:

• You are the host of the excellent and varied gastronomy.
• You manage the entire F&B service team of the resort with over 50 members.
• You work closely with the kitchen and the events sales department.
• You take part in meetings and monitor operational performance in the outlets.
• You support the teams during bottlenecks.
• You are responsible for the departmental duty rosters and compliance with legal requirements.
• You take over the training of young talents in the gastronomic outlets.
• You take care of administrative tasks such as stocktaking, vacation management, and employee appraisals.

Requirements:

• Completed hotel or restaurant management training or hospitality studies.
• Distinct host mentality.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in the gastronomy of a luxury hotel.
• At least 2 years management experience as Assistant F&B Manager or F&B Manager.
• Analytical and economic thinking as well as a structured way of working.
• Experience in creating and working with budgets.
• High sense of quality and responsibility.
• Knowledge of Oracle Symphony, Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in German and English.
