Your Responsibilities: You will shape our learning and development initiatives with a focus on early stage talents within our organization:
Conduct needs analyses to determine the priorities and goals of talent development programs and initiatives in scope.
Lead and execute our Global Graduate Program and disciplinary management of graduates.
Manage and successfully deliver our programs for employees with high leadership potential.
Establish and maintain alumni forums for the various programs.
Plan and manage the budget and resources as well as measuring the effectiveness and impact of the programs.
Research and benchmark best practices and trends in talent and high potential development and derive solutions for the organization.
Collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, internal and external, to ensure the best possible learning experience.
Facilitate feedback sessions for personality profiles and 360° feedback sessions and coaching HR Business Partners.
Lead and implement projects aligned with our Global HR Roadmap.
Your Profile:
University degree in a related field, e.g., HR, organizational development, economics, psychology, or comparable.
Experience in leadership development, leadership training, or talent management roles, preferably in a global or multinational organization.
Track record in designing development curricula and programs for emerging talent or leaders.
Experience in project management, program delivery and management on a global scale.
Ideally first own leadership experience.
Certifications in personality test / leadership assessments (e.g., Hogan, Insights, 360) are desirable.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs.
Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any other language is welcome.
