The mission has started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of Corporate Quality are varied. The unit is responsible for all quality related activities of PowerCo SE ranging from the development of the quality strategy and targets over safeguarding the certification readiness to the global supplier management.

How You Will CELLebrate

1. Applying preventive quality methods aimed at risk minimization
2. Designing, maintaining and improving specific quality requirements and specifications of corporate product quality issues in battery cell projects (in series development and series manufacturing processes)
3. Demonstrating proven experience in development of methods, relevant to corporate product quality (process and methods)
4. Utilizing advanced knowledge of problem analyses, defining measures and, if necessary, preparing management decisions for the continuous optimization of product quality
5. Planning for the provisions of warranty in cross-functional teams from cell development, manufacturing, finance and supply chain
6. Leading customer quality improvement meetings to ensure effective execution of quality improvement commitments and incident read-across and gap correction

What You Need For Our CELLebration

1. Degree in engineering in the field of mechanical engineering, production technology, materials science, chemistry or comparable qualification
2. Technical background and good knowledge of manufacturing processes within product companies and manufacturing companies preferred in the automotive industry
3. At least one professional station with a focus on quality is desired (QM, supplier quality, etc.)
4. Business fluent in English and German
5. Experience in product companies and manufacturing companies preferred (project and/or line organization)
6. Ability to act constructively and creatively in heterogeneous groups, if necessary without authority to issue instructions
7. Ability to deep dive into and structure complex issues, develop solution proposals and prepare recommendations for management decisions
8. Ability to work in a team, communication skills, analytical way of working
