WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

In our Supply Chain Excellence team you promote a digitalization and AI-driven culture in the department and sustain awareness about quality and efficiency impact of AI and automation to ensure the successful development and maintenance of high-quality digital and AI products.

  • Lead the coordination for Customs Services in the EMEA region, focusing on Import and Export, Preferential Management, and Classification within the S4/HANA upgrade project, ensuring accurate translation into system configurations.
  • Collaborate with global customs Functional Experts and stakeholders to align requirements and validate business needs for the S4/HANA implementation.
  • Participate in and lead design sessions with regional and global project teams to execute a comprehensive implementation plan for Customs.
  • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimize them within the new system.
  • Coordinate testing and implementation, creating and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Lead training sessions and provide ongoing support to end users during the transition to ensure smooth adoption and continuous improvement of business processes and system functionality.
WHAT YOU OFFER
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management or Customs.
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in Import & Export Customs, preferably also in the preferential management area.
  • Extensive experience in project management methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP GTS.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Goal-oriented and structured way of working.
