Grant Thornton Luxembourg is currently seeking an Experienced Tax Advisor to start ASAP.

Main mission

As part of our Tax Advisory team, your mission is to provide tax advice to our clients involved in asset management (private debt, private equity, real estate / infrastructure).

Main responsibilities

1. Preparing tax analyses for international clients, primarily in private equity, distressed debt, and real estate;
2. Coordinating and liaising with tax experts from other Grant Thornton offices;
3. Participating in the organization of internal tax training sessions and client events;
4. Attending external events and client meetings within the Grant Thornton network;
5. Communicating new tax developments to clients, other departments, and the Grant Thornton network;
6. Drafting newsletters and articles.

Main requirements

1. 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in asset management, ideally in a Law firm, Consultancy firm, or Fiduciary in Luxembourg;
2. Master’s degree in Law, Economics or Finance, preferably with a specialization in Tax Law;
3. Fluent in English is required; proficiency in French or German is an asset;
4. Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint;
5. Well-organized and rigorous;
6. Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a small, dynamic and complex team environment;
7. Team-oriented, proactive, and possessing strong interpersonal skills;
8. Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
