Job Description:

Help shape the strategic decisions of an international market leader! For our valued partner from the international energy industry, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to the CEO (m/f/d) for the Berlin office. In this responsible position, you will act as Executive Assistant and become the central link between the CEO and the various departments. You are not only organizationally adept, but also able to set strategic priorities and support the company management in all matters.

Your task:

  • Manage the CEO's office for the Central Europe region
  • Coordinate and organize all appointments, resolving scheduling conflicts
  • Communicate and liaise with employees, board members, and external partners
  • Prepare and follow up on meetings, planning long-term schedules to identify bottlenecks early
  • Independently organize meetings and events, collaborating with the management team
  • Support internal communication and prepare formats like "roundtables" and "all-hands" meetings
  • Plan, organize, and manage travel arrangements and expenses
  • Develop back-office capacity for structured task delegation and timely processing

Your qualification:

  • A completed degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Chief of Staff, or in a similar role supporting senior management
  • Experience in organizing meetings and events, with a problem-solving mindset
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a complex environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in German and English; additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); familiarity with SAP is advantageous
