Job Description:

An Executive Assistant and Team Lead is urgently sought by this successful technology developer based in Bad Homburg. The Executive Assistant and Team Lead will work closely with the Executive Team, including the CEO, managing and supporting day-to-day activities, providing high-level admin support and ensuring smooth operations in this fast-paced environment. The Executive Assistant and Team Lead will also be responsible for managing a small team of Office Managers ensuring compliance with company policies worldwide.

You will have a demonstrable track record as an Executive Assistant including supporting C-level executives. You will possess exceptional organisational and time management skills, excellent written and verbal communications and have a strong attention to detail while handling multiple tasks and deadlines. You will have strong leadership and people management skills, and you also need to be able to handle confidential information in a professional manner. You should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, and you must speak fluent German and English.
