We are looking for a proactive Event Marketing Manager to support and execute our event marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation and first experience in planning and executing events, both in-person and virtual. You will work closely with the Marketing team within the Event Marketing team to coordinate and manage events that align with our overall marketing objectives and help drive business growth.
Your Mission
Event Planning & Coordination: Assist in the selection, planning, organization, and execution of in-person and virtual B2B events, including conferences, seminars, workshops, and webinars.
Operational Management:Coordinate and o Oversee the logistical and operational elements of events, such as venue selection, vendor management, registration, and on-site coordination.
Budget Management: Support the preparation and monitoring of event budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions while maintaining high standards.
Vendor & Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless event delivery.
Campaign support: Support pre-event, during-event and post-event marketing campaigns to maximize lead generation, attendee engagement and pipeline generation.
On-site Support: Provide hands-on support during events, managing setup, registration, and addressing any issues that arise on the day.
Post-Event Analysis: Assist in gathering feedback, evaluating event success, and compiling post-event reports to identify areas for improvement.
Measurement and Reporting: Track event leads and engagement, providing reports and insights on event performance
Cross-team collaboration:coordinating with marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, and follow-up of events.
Your profile
1-3 years of experience in event coordination or as a field/event specialist, in a B2B environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Understanding of event metrics and reporting, with the ability to provide insights based on data.
You can be based remotely from Germany, Netherlands, France or Spain, but must have a willingness to travel to events (about 20% of the time)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with vendors, clients, and team members.
Comfortable using event management software, MS Office, and other relevant tools.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Fluency in German
Proficiency in English is required.
