As a vital part of the Region of Northern and Central Europe (NCE), we support the region's growth and commercial strategy. We deliver internal and external communication, marketing, and event management solutions.


Responsibilities


As an events & marketing coordinator focusing primarily on event planning, you will contribute significantly to our Strategy & MarCom team. Your role involves organising and managing events that reflect our brand and align with our strategic initiatives. Your creative ideas, organisational skills, and marketing skills will contribute to the effectiveness of our events and initiatives.

  1. Plan and execute a variety of events, including trade shows, conferences, customer events, and webinars
  2. Give creative and innovative input to event concepts and content
  3. Integration of different disciplines (Intel, Communication, Public Affairs, Branding) into all projects laid out in the events plan
  4. Interface with external suppliers in relation to events and other marketing activities
  5. Manage event budgets and invoices
  6. Create marketing materials in line with our brand guidelines

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  2. 1 to 3 years of experience in marketing, event planning, or event coordination
  3. Advanced skills in MS Office; knowledge of InDesign

Competencies

  1. Fluent in verbal and written communication in both English and German
  2. Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  3. Collaborative and cross-cultural mindset
  4. Ability to navigate and network in a complex stakeholder environment

Additional information

The primary work location is Hamburg, Germany.
