Corporate Finance
Houlihan Lokey specializes in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and financial advisory services. We provide tailored financing solutions, including debt, equity, and hybrid securities. Our industry-specific expertise enables us to understand clients' needs early in the process. In EMEA, our 360+ Corporate Finance professionals serve a wide range of companies, from mid-market enterprises to multinationals, across multiple offices.

Financial Restructuring
With over 300 professionals globally, Houlihan Lokey has the largest financial restructuring practice. In 2022, we handled 125+ restructuring deals and have advised on 1,500+ transactions totaling over $3 trillion in debt claims. We excel in handling complex, high-stakes situations and facilitating mergers and acquisitions for distressed companies.

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Must be a graduating from a university in the DACH region in 2024, 2025, or 2026
• Must be studying a relevant degree subject – e.g. Finance, Business Administration, Economics
• Must be fluent (speaking, reading, and writing) in both German and English
• Some prior internship experience in the financial services industry
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
• Most importantly, we seek to attract dedicated, team-oriented candidates with a deep desire to win, a strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard to achieve the highest standards of performance
