As the Event Marketing Manager, you are the central point of contact for the marketing of our startup festival Heilbronn Slush'D. In addition to working closely with our Slush'D team and our marketing team, you will also collaborate with various external production partners and suppliers.

Your fields of action in a glance:
- You are responsible for the marketing-specific project planning, project budget, project staffing, and the development of marketing project timelines.
- You advise and guide our internal and external stakeholders through the project phases and work packages.
- You will search, review, and select external suppliers and production partners.
- You will be working together confidently with cooperation partners, institutions and authorities, as well as external logistics and production partners.
- You formulate internal and external creative briefings together with the marketing team.
- You ensure that all members of the project team have the information and approvals they need for execution.
- You support the marketing team in creating and proofreading promotional content for the event and take over the final quality control for the marketing content of the event.
- You support event and marketing controlling and create presentations on the status and progress of the project.
- You support the event team on-site in the preparation and execution.
You’re a good fit for us if you bring the following:
- You have a solid professional qualification, whether through completed vocational training or a successfully completed degree, with a relevant marketing background.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing project management, ideally in an agency environment with a focus on events.
- You have a good understanding of the startup and event market.
- You are highly organized and enjoy adapting quickly to new situations.
- You are very responsible, structured, and reliable, coupled with a good understanding of numbers to effectively utilize the budget you are responsible for.
- You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English as well as an enjoyment of interculturality to communicate with our international team and global partners and to create appealing marketing content.
