What You’ll Do:

1. Oversee event logistics, from planning to execution
2. Coordinate with vendors and venues to ensure smooth operations
3. Manage schedules, budgets, and on-site event needs
4. Collaborate with our creative and media teams to bring event concepts to life
5. Ensure all aspects of the event align with brand identity and objectives
6. Troubleshoot any challenges on-site and keep everything running seamlessly
7. Stay on top of industry trends and best practices for event execution

What We’re Looking For:

1. Minimum 3 years of experience in event coordination or production
2. Strong organizational and multitasking skills
3. Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
4. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and vendor relationships
5. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
6. A creative mindset and a keen eye for detail
7. Previous experience in media production, brand activations, or digital marketing events is a plus
