ERP IMPLEMENTATION MANAGER - Full-time (m/f/d)

We are seeking an experienced ERP Implementation Manager, who will lead a team of Business Analysts in the successful rollout of SAP S/4HANA across our B2B and B2C operations in Europe. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful implementation of both the "Sales & Finance" and "Distribution SAP Template" while fostering a high-performing and engaged team.

Leadership & Team Development

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Provide continuous support, regular development conversations, goal setting, feedback, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure the team is motivated and equipped to deliver on key SAP implementation objectives.

ERP Rollout & Business Process Alignment

• Oversee the SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring alignment between business needs and system capabilities.
• Drive business process improvements and ensure proper adoption of the ERP solution.
• Identify gaps in standard SAP processes and propose necessary enhancements.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

• Act as the primary liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Manage expectations and educate stakeholders on SAP capabilities and limitations.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to streamline decision-making and implementation.

Requirements Gathering & Customization

• Guide the team in gathering and documenting business requirements from EMEA Operations.
• Ensure accurate identification of process gaps and define necessary system enhancements.
• Oversee the customization efforts to align SAP functionalities with business needs.

Testing, Hypercare & Continuous Improvement

• Lead the team in facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring stakeholder sign-off before go-live.
• Oversee hypercare support, ensuring prompt issue resolution and system stabilization.
• Continuously drive process improvements and support ongoing ERP enhancements.

Training & Change Management

• Ensure the development of training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Support end-user training and adoption of SAP S/4HANA across the organization.

• Leadership: People leader by heart with a strong passion for creating high engagement and a culture where the individual can flourish, develop, and deliver strong results. Experience managing Business Analysts or functional teams in an ERP environment is a plus.
• SAP knowledge & experience: Deep understanding of SAP ERP, ideally SAP S/4HANA, with a focus on Sales, Finance, and Distribution processes.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (SAP certifications preferred).
• Operations Process Understanding: Knowledge of Distribution Centre & Supply chain business processes is an advantage.
• ERP Roll out: Experience in large-scale ERP rollouts, preferably in an international setting.
• Communication: Excellent stakeholder management and communications skills.
• Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
• Language: Fluency in both written and verbal English is required.
• Work permit: Full work permit for Germany without restrictions (No Job Seeker Visa).
