What you will be doing
Lead the execution of the program's overall business plan to exceed targets and goals.
Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in your accounts.
Utilize solution-based selling techniques.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners.
Deliver sales and revenue growth.
Prospect new account opportunities.
Manage client and internal expectations.
Respond to RFPs, make compelling business cases, and contract for work.
Be the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings and know what the competition is doing.
Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with our corporate clients & strategic partners.
Conduct client meetings, present & pitch the service portfolio, and close contracts to boost new business streams.
More about you
Graduate degree in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, economics, or innovation management.
Outstanding sales and negotiation skills, with proper recognition of business opportunities.
2 - 5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in tech.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with tech, product, finance, marketing, or operations colleagues.
Experience with solution/consultative selling.
Desire to play a key role in shaping the future of homify by developing new business streams and business models from scratch.
Knowledge of business metrics and business models in the areas of Architecture and Interior Design.
Multilingual with proficiency in languages relevant to the homify core markets is a definite plus!
