What you will be doing

  • Lead the execution of the program's overall business plan to exceed targets and goals.
  • Develop strategic sales and marketing plans, and mindshare in your accounts.
  • Utilize solution-based selling techniques.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with your account leadership and product partners.
  • Deliver sales and revenue growth.
  • Prospect new account opportunities.
  • Manage client and internal expectations.
  • Respond to RFPs, make compelling business cases, and contract for work.
  • Be the expert on our Enterprise Project offerings and know what the competition is doing.
  • Establish and manage relevant contractual agreements with our corporate clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct client meetings, present and pitch the service portfolio, and close contracts to boost new business streams.

More about you

  • Graduate degree in business administration, management, entrepreneurship, economics, or innovation management.
  • Outstanding sales and negotiation skills with proper recognition of business opportunities.
  • 2-5 years of experience in business development and/or sales in tech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally with tech, product, finance, marketing, or operations colleagues.
  • Experience with solution/consultative selling.
  • Desire to play a key role in shaping the future of homify by developing new business streams and business models from scratch.
  • Knowledge of business metrics and business models in the areas of Architecture and Interior Design.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus, especially in languages relevant to the homify core markets.
