We are seeking highly motivated Strategic Account Executives with a relentless hunter mentality and exceptional relationship-building skills to join our commercial team. In this role, you will be responsible for the full sales lifecycle—identifying, prospecting, and closing large enterprise accounts, with a focus on driving new business and seizing strategic growth opportunities. You will own the account through its first year, ensuring a seamless handoff and delivering value to establish a strong foundation for long-term growth.
You’ll scope projects, transform them into actionable milestones, and develop strategic plans that deliver impactful results. Your ability to both hunt for new opportunities and cultivate lasting relationships with enterprise accounts will be essential to your success.
While you’ll have a supportive team behind you, your success will depend on your ability to independently track down new opportunities and nurture existing ones. Affinity with the learning & development landscape
Experience handling complex solutions and managing longer sales cycles, often involving cross-functional teams
Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions that positively impact the business
Coaching team members, communication, and problem-solving skills
In-depth knowledge of the industry, market trends, and customer needs
Results-driven with a focus on achieving revenue targets and strategic objectives
Be the go-to expert in your territory for your customer's sector, providing expert advice on complex decisions
Proactively identify and tackle future issues before they escalate
Manage expectations, and articulate reasons for project or timeline changes
Collaborate with a team of customer success managers, account managers, operations, and other internal stakeholders
Actively plan and align complex projects and strategic communications to deliver Lepaya's goals
