Engineering Change Manager (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for Engineering Change Management at KARL STORZ.
• You monitor and review the submitted Engineering Change Requests (ECRs).
• You work closely with global departments to track ECRs and document the corresponding evidence.
• You will support the ECM team with suggestions and potential solutions to optimise future ECM systems and processes.
• You are an integral part of change management in global projects with various departments at KARL STORZ locations worldwide.
• You support audits and CAPAs.

Your Talents

• Completed technical training with further training as a bachelor professional or technical studies.
• Successfully implemented projects in a regulated environment.
• Professional experience in change, risk or quality management.
• Knowledge of current standards in medical technology (e.g. ISO 13485).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Business fluent in German and English.
