As a global market dominator in the automation systems world, our client is searching for a committed technical expert to lead the electrical and mechanical teams, while also leveraging your expertise with CNC milling machines with a hands-on approach.

Please note that fluency in German is a non-negotiable requirement.

Your Role:

• Operate, program, and oversee high-speed CNC milling machines
• Inspect finished tools for quality assurance
• Work in a structured 3-shift system
• Maintain and update records in the ERP system
• Keep track of deadlines and ensure smooth operations
• Develop a predictive maintenance strategy and support modernization projects

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training in a metal profession (e.g., industrial mechanic, toolmaker, locksmith) OR studies in mechanical engineering/mechatronics, OR several years' experience in a similar position
• Several years' experience in CNC milling is a plus
• Organized, reliable, and proactive mindset
• Strong team player with resilience and problem-solving skills
• Personality to work hands-on while leading a team in a flat, hierarchical open structure
• Fluency in German and good English.
