What you can expect


  1. Serve as a domain specialist in client origination, fostering deep client relationships and understanding their challenges.
  2. Lead client workshops to identify value and propose solutions.
  3. Develop compelling narratives with clients to demonstrate how Accenture can deliver desired outcomes.
  4. Drive the development of winning value propositions for managed services engagement, focusing on Capital Project Management & IAM in Europe.
  5. Influence strategic direction and approach for pursuing opportunities.

Qualifications


What we are looking for


A seasoned project management professional (15+ years) with:


  1. Capital Project Management Expertise: Deep knowledge of project phases across project planning, construction, project controls, commissioning including support functions such as project commercials, supply chain and logistics, document management etc. Understanding of end-to-end project life cycle events, inter-dependencies, stage gate, project management processes. Experience as project management & control lead, typically part of owner-operator organizations or global EPCM organizations, with experience of managing senior project stakeholders and partners. Ability to assess and develop recommendations of capital project health and related improvement areas.

  1. Intelligent Asset Management (IAM) Skills: Demonstrated success in business development or technical sales with a focus on IAM, predictive maintenance, or similar areas. Deep understanding of asset management principles and how digital technologies (AI, ML, IoT) can be applied to enhance asset performance, reduce downtime, and optimize lifecycle management.

  1. Industry Experience: Background in management consulting/advisory services within the resources industry. Strategic vision for the engineering services market and talent technology landscape.

  1. Innovation and Client Engagement: Proven ability to drive innovation, with a strong technology quotient and a vision for using digital technologies to transform practices and client experiences.
