Technical Support Manager
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will focus on ABB’s state-of-the-art Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Digital Solutions within the Energy, Process and Marine industries. You will join a global acting team of specialists supporting ABB’s front-end organizations for all aspects of customer technical issue resolutions starting from design phase up to long-term operational phase. As a product specialist, you will interact with Product Management, R&D and other subject matter experts to combine all technical expertise with an interest in finding customer solutions as well as addressing functionality aspects of our products.
