Overview: Are you an experienced Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer with experience of supporting capital projects? We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious E&I Engineer to join our growing team. With excellent people skills, you have a proven ability to work in partnership at all levels. The projects will include a diverse mix of projects in the Biopharma, Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sectors across the DACH region.

Responsibilities:

1. E&I Design as part of a multi-discipline projects team
2. Generating detailed scope of work packages for E&I contractor for tender/procurement process
3. Planning capabilities in E-Plan
4. Co-ordination and supervision of E&I contractor(s) during construction and commissioning activities
5. Co-ordinate contractor activities to monitor and track work ensuring delivery of the schedule and budget
6. The Specification and procurement of Instrumentation
7. Preparation of E&I Deliverables, including instrument data sheets, schedules, hook up drawings, wiring and block diagrams, instrument loops, E&I Services layouts, schedules, load study’s etc.
8. Project Management and control of E&I Projects including cost estimates and reporting
9. Participate in Constructability and Safety reviews
10. Review project scope, budget and schedule
11. Ability to manage workload of multiple projects of varying complexity
12. All aspects of Health & Safety on site
13. Programming works schedule and monitoring building progress, compliance with regulations and costs

Qualifications:

1. BE degree in Engineering is preferred along with 5 plus years’ experience in E&I Construction/Engineering environments
2. Chartered E-Engineer in Germany
3. Candidate must have proficiency in a windows based environment and software (Word, PowerPoint, project, advanced excel and access)
4. Willingness to travel within DACH
5. Professional working proficiency in English and German language
