This position reports to

Sales Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role as a sales specialist (f/m/d) for energy distribution solutions, you will take on a responsible role in our German sales department for energy distribution solutions (low, medium and DC voltage) and be the first point of contact for our customers. You will be responsible for the energy distribution portfolio in the sales area of East Westphalia-Lippe. Your task is to acquire new customers, maintain customer relationships and generate orders from our offers. In this role, you will work from your home office - preferably in the specified sales territory. Apply now and become part of our motivated team!

  1. Determination of market and customer requirements, analysis of market potential and observation of competitive behavior
  2. Shaping and expanding existing customer relationships and acquiring new customers
  3. Presenting the portfolio of our energy distribution solutions to customers, supporting customers at trade fairs and events and planning and implementing targeted sales campaigns
  4. Independently conducting commercial and technical contract negotiations with the involvement of the relevant specialist departments and suppliers
  5. Initiating the drafting of framework agreements in collaboration with our commercial sales department and clarification with the customer
  6. Assuming responsibility for project development and tracking until the order is placed, in particular after an offer has been submitted

Qualifications for the role

  • Successfully completed technical studies - preferably in electrical engineering or corresponding technician or master craftsman training
  • Several years of experience in the sale of energy distribution solutions
  • Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
  • Knowledge of commercial contract issues
  • Enthusiasm for technical topics and details combined with a high level of customer and target orientation
  • Professional use of digital media (video conferences, virtual meetings, chats, ...) in customer contact and communication
  • Familiar with common MS Office applications and standard CRM tools
  • In addition, you are willing to travel within Germany and to our main suppliers in Italy, Norway, Poland and the Czech Republic
